My Decision Kooza Chapter 25

Chapter 25 Veronica


That same scene kept playing over and over in my head. Me falling. I remember hearing the sound of an ambulance. I know what your thinking. I'm in the bed alright. But I can hear everything. They say it's normal. The doctor told everyone and they were talking to me like I was awake. "Veronica wake up!" it was Erin. I wish I could just wake up or somehow communicate with everyone. I've been asleep for 2 days. The doctor knew I was listening so he told me I'll be able to wake up in a few minutes. I was excited. I couldn't wait to see Erin! Erin and trickster came by. "When is she going to wake up?" Trickster asked. "Soon." The doctor said. I tried to open my eyes. "Look! She's trying to open her eyes." Erin said. "She's trying to. But a little later she'll be able to. She's listening to us right now." I tried to smile. I didn't know if a was. My left arm was hurting so much. The doctor said it was broken. My eyes fluttered open. Erin gave me a huge hug. "Veronica! Your awake!" I smiled at her. "My arm hurts." I whined. Everyone laughed. "Come on let's head back to the tent and tell everyone your ok." I got up. My legs were a little stif. Erin helped me walk back to the tent. "Thank god the tent's not far from the hospital." trickster laughed. "Your making kooza sound like a death show." Erin put her hand on the back of her head and her face turned red. "Ya." She started laughing. As we head back to the tent we saw a sign that said kooza on it. I smiled. The first time I saw that sign I knew it was going to be a great show. "Veronica?! Is that you?!" I turned to find pickpocket and innocent. "Yay your alive! Everyone has been worried sick about you!" Innocent said. They both gave me a hug and stared at my cast on my arm. They brought me,Erin and trickster to the practice room where everyone was. Everyone stopped talking when I entered the room. I hid a little behind Erin but then she pushed me in the front. "Veronica's back!" she screamed. I blushed. "Poor you. You have a broken arm." The 18 year old contortionist said. I told everyone I was fine and I would be able to do the intermission act with Erin. Me,Erin and dancer decided to stay in mine and Erin's room. We talked for a bit then Dancer left... "I miss Ontario." Erin said. "I miss Vancouver." I said. I told Erin that we move to a different country a month. We've only moved to seatle. "Hey don't you need to email your friends?" I looked at my cast and got up. I got to the computer and wrote.

"You guys wouldn't believe what I've been doing this week."
